We have prepared the following guide to assist you with your electronic file preparation and submission. If you have a specific problem that is not covered in this guide, or have other questions, please feel free to contact us. Improperly prepared files can cause delays in manufacturing.
Quick Checklist
All fonts are included.
► Type is legible.
► Page layout is correct.
► Margins are set.
► Artwork matches the specified dimension.
► All linked files, images, and fonts are placed in separate folders.
► Colors in CMYK mode.
Bleed
Always add a 3mm bleed to your print files. It is a must that images, which should go to the edge, go beyond the edge.
Also, keep all text a good distance from the edge. This way we can ensure that nothing important is cut.
Color specifications
It can be difficult to print the colors you want. Therefore, we suggest that all our customers use color-calibrated monitors.
If you do not have a calibrated monitor, we can send a set of sample images, for which you download the same image file from our website. With the same image in hand and on the screen, you can start calibrating and get as close as possible.
In addition, the programs' color management can also affect the colors you see on the screen, versus those that are printed.
Image resolution
► All images should be 300 dpi.
► Rasterized text or logos should be 1200 dpi.
► Screen values should be between 133 lpi and 150 lpi.

► Files should be 300 dpi at 100% of actual size for quality offset reproduction.

We provide PDF files as electronic screen proofs. These digital proofs intend to show you the layout and design elements of your job, but cannot guarantee color accuracy. If color accuracy is extremely important to you, please ask for a hard copy proof. Scan all transparencies and line art at 100% of final size unless data size is prohibitive. If such a case occurs, scan at 1 / 4 or 1 / 2 of final size.
