Our in-house production time in Denmark typically varies between 2 and 10 working days depending on the medium (e.g. standard photo printing takes 2 days, while Aludibond takes 10 days). You can see all specific times under our delivery page.

We store your image files securely during the production phase. After the order is completed and shipped, the files are automatically deleted for data security reasons, unless you have created a permanent business account where files can be saved for reordering.

We recommend high-resolution files in either JPEG or TIFF format. To ensure the most accurate color reproduction in our labs, your files should be saved in the sRGB or Adobe RGB color profile.

Our system changes the display depending on your customer account. If you are logged in as a business customer, the prices are displayed excluding VAT. For non-logged in users and private customers, the prices are displayed as standard in our price calculator including Danish VAT.
