Wefix – when you want a professional check of each image

If you choose Wefix, our retouchers will review your image before we print it. We assess, among other things:

• color temperature
• brightness
• contrast and sharpness

The aim is to ensure that you get a print that hits the spot. 
Should you receive an image that you are not satisfied with, we will be happy to print a new one free of charge. Simply contact us via email or phone.

Prefix – when you are in control of the editing yourself

Prefix is ​​a fully automated process where the file is sent directly to print without manual review. It is a good choice if you have edited the image yourself and want full control over the expression.

Have you edited your images yourself?

If you do the color adjustment, retouching and the final visual style yourself, we recommend Prefix. With Wefix, you risk changing the image in a direction that you did not intend.

Color space and color management

We recommend that your files are in Adobe RGB (1998). This is the color space that our monitors and printers are calibrated for. If you upload images in other color spaces, the colors may vary compared to what you see on your own screen.
